Our Process

Redefining the Kitchen Remodeling Experience

Discover

It starts with getting to know each other and meeting at your home in Des Moines or Normandy Park. We'll learn more about you, your family, and explore your wants and needs, aesthetic preferences, and establish a budget.

Design

Through weekly one-on-one meetings, we'll develop floor plans and 3D renderings to help you visualize your remodel. We'll also guide you through the material selection process and help you make tradeoff decisions with utmost transparency.

03.

Build

With a full design package in hand including all building plans, we'll begin the construction phase. We handle all specifications, Des Moines or Normandy Park permitting, and procurement of materials. You'll have access to the shared building schedule and receive frequent updates via group text message.

Completion

After a full professional cleaning, we'll do a final walk-through of the space together and celebrate your new space.
